All visitors are asked to enter through the Manor doors on Delhi Street (pictured to the right). These measures have been introduced to help us protect our patients from contagious disease. Please see Parking for lot rates and Maps for directions.

Visiting hours are from:

4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

with the following exceptions:

Crisis Care, Trillium One

11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends at the prime nurse's discretion.
Children under 13 are not permitted on the unit.

Addiction Program

4:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. Thursday
Saturday and Sunday patients in Phase 1 have program commitments in the afternoon.
Sunday evening all addiction patients attend an AA meeting which impacts on visiting.

Eating Disorders Program

Visitors are asked not to come during supervised meal times occurring between 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
