Homewood Health Centre is committed to improving quality of life by providing our patients the best treatments available. To this end Homewood engages in research aimed at two directives. The Homewood Research Institute analyzes health care trends internationally to determine the effectiveness of psychiatric programs and services in Canada and around the world. Homewood Outcome Studies measures the effectiveness of treatments provided by Homewood to identify where we successfully address the specific needs of our patients and where improvements in treatment options can be made. The Homewood Research Institute and Outcome Studies are complementary and co-operatively share their expertise to inform treatments at Homewood and to ensure patients are receiving quality care.
